Våre trykksandfiltere er utført i glassfiberarmert polyester. Filtrene kan leveres med egen serviceluke og inspeksjonsglass for kontroll ved returspyling. Filtrene leveres primært for to lags støtteskikt à 10 cm med ulik kvartsandkornstørrelse og i tillegg filterskikt på 1.2 m.

Filtrene kan leveres enten med lateralsystem eller dysebunn. Våre filtere er beregnet for en vannhastighet gjennom filteret på 30 m/h( 30m3/h/m2). For å oppnå en god filtreringseffektivitet skal det doseres kontinuerlig fellingsmiddel.

LACRON trykksandfiltere er utført i glassfiberarmert polyester med en hard og glatt overflate. Filtrene er fabrikktestet på 5 bar og beregnet for driftstrykk opp til 2,5 bar. Påfyllingsluke for filtersand og dreneringsplugg i bunnen av filteret er standard. Leveres med diameter fra 762 mm til 1800 mm. Filteret er konstruert i h.h.t. tyske DIN 19643 med støtteskikt samt filterskikt på 1200 mm. Filteret kan utføres med serviceluke og stort/lite se-glass og enten med lateralsystem eller fast dysebunn (som vist på bilde). LACRON DBK leveres med mannluke som standard. Lacron Hi-flow commercial filters
The LC-Hi Flow commercial filter range is available in diameter sizes from 1.2 to 2.35 metres. LC filters are designed to be installed on large commercial installations such as olympic sized public pools, diving pools and water parks. The standard production incorporates a large access man hole in the top for ease of access to the interior. Inside -the filter all internal parts and pipework are upgraded to the highest commercial standard, ensuring long life and minimal servicing. As with all other Lacron filters the LC range is manufactured from totally non-corrosive materials making it an excellent choice for various long term applications and installations.

The media bed depth will allow for both single or multilayer sand /gravel versions to be used. For media servicing LC filters can be fitted with a sand seryjce hatch which will permit rapid media removal when required. Media sight glasses can be factory fitted as an option (small only - maximum 2 per filter) for observing the condition of the media bed. All LC-Hi Flow commercial filters are tested to 4 Bar and are designed to operate at a maximum pressure of 2.5 Bar
